This morning, I opened a new Equipment Share location in OKC with a 55-gallon drum each of FM 1055-ES and FM 1056-ES, along with two dozen FM 2046-ES. I met with the Branch Manager (Chris Graham)--and noticed all of their employees came from the OKC Blue Line I have been doing business with for years! It appears that a lot of Blue Line guys are going to Equipment Share after the United Rentals buyout. He signed with a PO, and did not flinch at pricing at all. Their fleet is completely new so they want (and need!) to protect it, but there are locations that have some used equipment as well. Other products he showed interest in are FM 615-ES, FM 529B-ES, FM 1230-ES and several others. Lots of potential with these accounts!
They have established credit through 3 other locations that have purchsed--I referenced Weldon Springs, MO for my order. My buyer told me that they had 15 locations last year and are opening 50 more this year! So even if you don't see one in your area, keep checking! They will be popping up all over.
A couple of fun facts--the owners are from Columbia, MO and left the Amish community to start their own businesses. They currently have 9 businesses, but Equipment Share is "their baby." The owner also taught himself how to code, and wrote an entirely new GPS tracking system that United tried to buy out, but they declined.
They have locations in 7 states listed as of right now: AR, CO, FL, MO, NM, OK, and TX. But keep checking!
