1. Title of the business.
2. Type of operation.
3. Title of buyer.
4. Products sold.
5. How will product be used?
6. How do they pay? PO? Signature? Credit card?
7. If they have established credit with Delta Foremost through a parent or sister company, make reference.
8. Provide a link to their website, specifically the "locations" page if available.

The buyer is the Managing Partner
He bought 615 and 6000 for the trucks. They could use 3126, 889, 3343, 3349, etc...
Products used as spill kit on trucks and truck wash
They have credit cards, but my location set up credit for billing. He used his name as the PO.
As of now, they have 22 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas with more planned to open .
