1. Title of the business.
2. Type of operation.
3. Title of buyer.
4. Products sold.
5. How will product be used?
6. How do they pay? PO? Signature? Credit card?
7. If they have established credit with Delta Foremost through a parent or sister company, make reference.
8. Provide a link to their website, specifically the "locations" page if available.

Industry Services Co Inc

1. Industry Services Co. Inc.

2. Refractory and Industrial Services, Mechanical, Steel Fabrication, & Field Tank.

3. Purchasing & Logistics Manager.

4. I sold them 1088 and 615. They've previously purchased 963, 4036, 1089, & 1817.

5. 1088 will be used to clean their tanker trailers. 615 will be used to clean all other equipment and trucks.

6. My guy gave me a PO.

7. I'm not sure of other companies they're involved with.
