1. Title of the business.
2. Type of operation.
3. Title of buyer.
4. Products sold.
5. How will product be used?
6. How do they pay? PO? Signature? Credit card?
7. If they have established credit with Delta Foremost through a parent or sister company, make reference.
8. Provide a link to their website, specifically the "locations" page if available.

Evergreen Packaging

I have been selling the Evergreen Packaging Paper Mill in Pine Bluff, AR for some time. We are set-up as a vendor for them, and they issue purchase order numbers.

The Senior Manager for Regulatory Affairs for Evergreen has approved FM704ES Tiger for use in all of their extruder plants. More specifically, they are using it to clean the rollers in these plants. My paper mill has made this a stock room item. The person to speak to would be the area manager over extruders.
